It's 15 years since we got this thing up-and-running and, whilst we’re always learning, we do know a thing or two about feedback. How to give it – How to get it – How to understand it – How to use it (Strictly speaking, that’s a thing or four) We believe in keeping things simple. And that’s not simple as in dumb or superficial. That’s simple as in straightforward, practical and easy-to-use. Systems and processes that allow people to share their views and still get on with their day job. We believe in that whole ‘less is more’ thing. After all, why ask ten questions if one really well thought-through question will get to the heart of the matter? And why bother getting people's views and opinions if you can’t do anything with them once you’ve got them? Life’s too short. Most of all, we believe in not losing sight of the real purpose of getting feedback. Yes, we can talk about Employee Engagement. Yes, we can talk about 360 degree feedback. Yes, we can talk about Stress Audits and yes, we can talk about Talent Management. But, regardless of the jargon and buzz words, it's all about learning, understanding and getting better at what we do. Plain and simple. And that’s how we’ve tried to keep things here on this site.
