Surveys

A lot of things in modern life seem over-engineered. Mobile phones, VCRs, PCs, sat nav, digital cameras - crammed full of features that we rarely use. But for some reason, we think we ought to have them.

Surveys can be the same; they often get a lot of information that no one knows what to do with. Or perhaps they never had any intention of using it but asking the questions seemed like 'the right thing to do'.

Which is all well and good, but eventually people will twig and decide not to take part in surveys - which sort of defeats the object.

Employee Surveys and Customer Surveys should grab the attention of their target audience so that they want to give you information you can use. And that's all about getting the basics right.

After all, what's the point of a mobile phone that let's you download and watch the entire 'Lord of The Rings' trilogy but won't let you make a call when it's raining?
