Scores or ratings on a scale
CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK A view or opinion about something that is expressed in a positive, helpful and well-intentioned way RATER

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY A way of researching what customers think of your products and services and what they might want in the future RESPONDENT

EMPLOYEE ATTITUDE SURVEY A way of researching attitudes held by employees of the organisation towards specific issues, policies, procedures etc. Also referred to as Employee Opinion Surveys, Staff Opinion Surveys, Staff Satisfaction Surveys STAKEHOLDER
Someone who affects or is affected by your work. Not to be confused with a vampire slayer.
EXTERNAL CUSTOMER Someone outside your organisation for whom you provide products and/or services SUBJECT

FEEDBACK Views, opinions and observations about behaviour, actions and words SUBJECT REPORT
The confidential report containing all feedback for the subject
FOCUS GROUP A meeting of either employees or customers to find out what they think about specific things, and why they think that. SURVEY

Insincere gratitude, often expressed through gritted teeth, for a bit of caustic feedback

INTERNAL CUSTOMER A work colleague for whom you provide products or services UPWARD FEEDBACK

INTRANET An organisation's internal version of the internet USER NAME
