If you’ve been browsing the site you’ve probably got a sense that Employee/Customer surveys and 360 feedback make up the bread and butter of our business.

Which is right to some extent but – and we think you’ll know where we’re going with this – our sandwiches offer a range of fillings!

Feedback from employees is not limited to the conventional survey format and may be required during or after specific events and use alternative methods for collection, analysis and reporting. The technology and processes we use for the bread and butter stuff are equally suitable for a wide range of more specialised forms of feedback. We’re talking training evaluation, exit interviews, stress audits, work-place bullying & harassment monitoring, conference feedback – more or less any organisational need where the views of others are required.
