Values - What's important to us?

We're a business and we exist to make money.

So that's important to us.

And we think we will only make money if we stick to those principles we set out with in 1995. We still aspire to them and sometimes we may fall a little short. But they haven't changed because we think they're that important to making money.

Service -

we are under no illusions that clients expect great service and if they don't get it from us, as sure as eggs are eggs, they'll get it from someone else. It's a chicken-eat-chicken world out there.

Integrity -

feedback can be a sensitive issue and if we can't manage our business ethically, respectfully and confidentially then we are most definitely in the wrong line of work. Now, if we were tabloid journalists things would be different.

Partnership -

we're not into one-night stands. We're more your 'deep, meaningful relationship' kind of people. We know our stuff. Our clients know their stuff. Together we can make beautiful stuff.

Insight -

it's not our role in life to tell people what's right, wrong or how to do what they do. We just hope we can help them see new and different things.

So, there you have it.

S.I.P.I.

(OK, so it's not the most memorable acronym...but then we thought "hmmm, P.I.S.I ... maybe not")
